We do not accept returns due to all of our products being custom made just for you. If an order is cancelled, then you will receive store credit. This store credit will expire 3 months after being issued.
Approval before Engraving / Printing
Before your item is finalized, we will send an email with a proof for you to review and approve. But we want to make sure you are happy with the completed product.
Order Errors
If there is an error in your product, and it was our mistake we will immediately replace your product. However, if you do not catch the error during the approval process, then we cannot be held responsible. We will follow what is on the approved proof, so please PROOFREAD all proofs before approving.
Shipping Breakage
There is always the possibility of breakage when shipping fragile items, no matter how well they are packaged. We will issue replacements for any glasses that are broken during shipping, at no cost to the customer. Please note the following:
• We must be notified of the breakage at the time of order receipt.
• Broken glasses and packaging should temporarily be held in case the carrier elects to come inspect or recover the damaged goods.
Cancellations/Changes
Orders are fully cancellable prior to order production. However, refunds cannot be given once orders have been engraved / printed. Changes may be made at any time prior to order production, but a charge will apply if changes are requested after the order has already been engraved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
